Overview
When user is logged in as a part of a Service Company organization. Certain specific dashboards could be provided to aide the Service Company in managing and monitoring its Client organizations. Below are some ready-made dashboards that could be provided out-of the box:
- Client Info – aggregated view of all clients
Client Info
Client Info dashboard is generally split in two sections (Figure 1):
- Map - provides location based overview of all clients. When hovering on a client circle its name is shown together with the number of servicing machines. The client name is a link to the client specific dashboard with details. The panel shows all Factory elements with location coordinates for each client. Location coordinates are set in the Administration portal
- Client details - below the map for each client a row of panels is presented. The row can be expanded/collapsed. It provides overview parameters for the client:
- The client name is a link to the client specific dashboard with details
- Organization ID is the id of the client organization in the Visualization portal (used for reference and dashboard links)
- Number of connected machines
- Number of disconnected machines
- Number and list of Active Alarms including maintenance requests
